To start we will do a very simple passing drill to get as many touches and getting used to receiving the ball and getting it moved on within 2 touches.

here we have a small area where a team must make 5 passes with help from the blacks who are floaters ( however restricted to the edges ) then once the passes are made you must switch to your colour team on the other side who can then attack the goals but if they lose the ball then it all starts again.

here we have the small sided game where I will try and let it play out as much as I can while still enforcing the principles of being combatable in tight spaces which is why I've coned off the corners of the pitch to invite them inside the pitch were it is more narrower and tight.

to cool down we will play a fun game of stuck in the mud with use of bibs tucked into your shirt and to also end the session on a high note and for the whole squad are able to have a laugh and a joke while also allowing their bodies cool down gradually avoiding injuries.
