Ball Mastery
Organization: Set up large square. Poles in the middle, Equal players on the outside of grid and inside of grid. Players on the outside have balls.
Procedure: Players in the middle receive a pass from the outside. They then turn dribble around a pole then play ball back to the player who passed it to them. They then find another ball and repeat the process.
Coaching Points: Receive properly (side on, proper foot) Weight of pass
Progress to players in the middle must dribble around the farthest pole from receiving point.
