3 Zone Game (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 25 x 15 Grid (age and ability level)
2. Seperate players into 3 teams
3. Coach has all balls
4. 20 cones to divide grid into 1/3
Instructions:
1. Coach passes out the ball to Team A
2. Team A tries to connect as many passes as possible, while Team B attacks with 1 player
3. Everytime Team A connects 2 -4 passes add another player from Team B to attack, until Team A connects 10 passes in a row then they can clear it out of their zone to Team C.
4. If Team A clears the zone Team B stays in the middle to attack the ball until they can clear the zone by passing to their teammates in the middle zone to pass to the opposite zone.
5. If Team B clears the zone they take Team C's zone and Team C is in the middle to press and attack.
6. If the ball goes out in zone 1, restart with a new team in the 2nd zone and play the ball to the 3rd zone.
Coaches Points:
1. High pressure game
2. Keep players focused
3. Coach restarts all out of bounds balls.
4. Coach counts all connected passes
5. Help players stay organized with which zone they are in

Coaches Points:
1. Each time a player is added make sure he/she is pressing and the next team mate covers.
2. High intensity session with alot of encouragement.
3. Fix the simple things that need to be fixed.
4. Explain pressure cover
5. NO STANDING every player works hard together
Progression:
1. Add a time limit (who can clear a ball faster)
2. Limit touches to 2 touch (play faster)
3. Keep Tempo and pace of session HIGH
