Set up as shown.
1. Undefended shot: Start with Line Player A plays ball to attacker B. Who takes a touch to their right and strikes right footed on goal. Then Line D plays ball to attacker C who takes a touch with their left foot and strikes left footed to goal. Players rotate counter clockwise. (A to B, BtoC, C to D, D to A)
Progression Defended Shot: Player A plays the Ball to B, B takes a touch and dribbles around inner cone, Player A, comes out to actively defend and the two go 1v1 to goal. If player A wins ball, attempts to play ball to small goal target.
Players rotate as per stage 1.
Coaching Points:
Attack the cone
Accelerate out of turn
Head Up to see keeper before shot
Head down to strike.

Equipment: 10-15 players, 6-8 pinnies and a supply of balls. and a keeper
Set Up: Break players into 5 equal groups of 2 -4 players
Activity:
Play starts with A who take a touch and has a shot. After the shot, B plays a pass to A who lays off for B to have a shot. After the shot, C plays a ball into A for a 2v1 with B defending. Then C plays a ball into B for a 2v2 situation and lastly, E plays a ball in to C or A for a 3v2 situation. Then the process starts over. After the 3v2 situation is complete, players go to the back of their next line. I.e. a goes to c, c to e and e to a.
B goes to d and D goes to B so they are receiving different scenarios each time.

Warm-Up/Physical/Technical (15-20')
Players dribble/pass and move to the next cone. Last player finishes with a shot, collects the ball, goes back to start. Next player should start when the ball reaches 3rd or 4th player
Progression variation:
dribble to the cone and make very short pass
dribble few yards and then make a pass
2 touch; recieve-pass-move
Players should challenge themselves by using both feet, different passing techniques, movement before recieving, etc. Check in, check out off ball. Make a pass and then spin off cone to follow
Key points:
First touch - set up your pass, in the direction you want to go
Passing - accuracy, pace, weight, head up, leading the player into space
Receiving - body postion, movement before recieving, head up, know the options ahead
Speed - speed of play, intensity, demand for the ball
Communication - talking, body shape, eye contact, signals
