Instructions:

-High Knees x2
-Butt Kicks x2
-Two Step Shuffle x2
-Two Step Shuggle Backwards x2

-Shuffle between cones x2
-Both feet in and over going forward x2

Organization: 30X20 (3 grids) 6 players each
Instructions:
Player A will pass into C who does a check away and to the ball - C bumps the ball back to A but spins off and makes a run the net - D will make a long run ( Cue) on the back pass) Wide - Then comibine D -C to score in the pug net
Players will rotate - Looking for 1-2 touches

Instructions:
Ball will be played in from the defending side to a wide midfielder
Looking to combine into the one forward ( drop the ball back) look for a switch

Forwards moving off the ball - checking away -pull defender
Can we pull the denfeders over to make the long switch
Use the width to pull the players out of the center for Mid and Forwards

- 3 teams of 5 players
Instructions:
- Two teams play 3 minute small sided games of 5 vs. 5.
- Winner stays on.
- In the case of a draw, new team stays.
