Description - 1v1 work to start off with, in pairs one ball between two. 1 minute look to protect and shield the balll away from your opponent, player at the end of the minute who was the ball under control is the winner. play the ball around between the two teams/then play between your own teams/look for short short long balls and test control/then go into possession play
Technical - look to use your body effectively in the way of the opponent/good first touch to keep control of the ball/use arm and body strength to shield defender/keep a side on approach/then if possible look to turn out of that tight area or play simple.
Physical - good footballing workout/good for physical strength to hold off players
Psychological/Social - good quick decision making needed/communication needed/spatial awareness
Learning Objectives - look to use your body to shield ball/good close control/use body to protect ball then look to play/turn out if possible

Description - phase of play - attack v defence, the coach plays the ball in changing from wing backs/cms/strikers to test touch to see if they can hold the ball up then play to team mates to create an attack. change positions and swop roles.

Description - normal warm up with dynamic/static stretches, move onto ball mastery looking at new tricks/skills/fients to use and practice, keep the ball up in air, look to control the ball from a height with different parts of the body.
Technical - looking at the ball close to your feet/body, relax when controlling the ball from a height.
