Organisation:
- 3 teams of 5
- 30x30 yard square
- 1 ball
- 5v5 inside the square and 5 floating players around the outside who play with the team in possession
Conditions:
- All 5 players on the inside must complete a pass without the opposition touching it to score a point
Coaching points:
- Be patient in possession
- Find the overload
- Movement off the ball crucial to create space
- Players on the outside always be on the move
- Make use of wall passes and decoy runs
Time:
6x3 min blocks

Organisation:
- 2 teams (1 team of 7 outfield and 1 team of 7 outfield and a gk)
- 1 ball
- 1 mini goal, 1 normal goal
- Pitch split into 3 zones
Objective of the exercise is to build and progress through the zones and create goalscoring opportunities in the final third
Conditions:
- The defenders are only restricted to their zone, however the in possession team can move freely into other zones to create overloads
- Once possession is lost, players must retreat to their original zones
Coaching points:
- Use possession to progress the ball and create goalscoring opportunities
- Be patient in the build up

2x10 min halves (Gk swapping teams at ht)
