Conditioning and footwork
A) Jog, back through cones, jog
B) Jog, sidestep through cones, jog
C) Same for A & B but the other side
D) Side step through the cones, Balance on left foot until the coach yells go, then sprint to the finish
E) Same as D but with a 1 touch pass at the end

Team Purple and Team Black are keeping the ball away from Team Yellow.
When Team Yellow wins the ball back, the team that caused the turnover has a punishment
While the punishment is happening, the two teams play 5v5 against each other
Once the punishment team has concluded and are all in the shaded area, they then go on defence and try to get another team out
Punishments:
1. 10 pushups
2. 10 situps
3. 5 sprints
4. 1 lap
5. 2 laps

The player runs to the first cone and then to the corner
Sprint 2:
The player sprints directly across the field diagonally
Sprint 3:
The player sprints from the corner and around the whole field

Brazilian and ball movement
The Brazilian Exercises are done in different teams
It runs in the following fashion
1. For the Brazilian stretching:
A. The players move from the right of the cones and come back on the left of the cones
2. The players jog around the cones and pass back to the next player
3. Dribble through the cones and pass back
4. Jog with the ball and pass the ball to the right and follow your pass (Then go left after a few minutes)
