Set Up: Area 20x30 yrds with a 7x7 yrd bix in middle, 4 mini goals placed around outside in 4 corners as shown. Players in 2 teams, def start with ball each.

Def plays ball and both enter central Sq, once there attacker looks to score in any of the 4 goals. If def wins the ball can they counter?

Rotate positions after each go.

Progressions: Make it competition 2 pts for goals behind def, 1 point behind attacker.

Key points; good 1st touch & control of ball, head up look for visiual clues on def intentions, skills to exploit and attack space, end product, def & counter attack skills.
