Equipment - cones, soft ball and bibs
Set up - Playing area which include two endzones at either end with two teams against each other
Description - To begin the game by working on throwing, catching and passing skills two team will be against each other where the attacking team need to make a set number of passes to score points. If an attacking player drops the ball in the passing sequence, then play is turned over and the opposing team try and meet the set pass.
Once ready move onto endzone game
Endzones
The team that is in possession of the ball is on the offence and attempted to score points in the endzone that they are attacking by passing to a teammate in the endzone. When in possession of the ball the players movement is limited to pivoting only.
Defensive players look to prevent points or regain possession by blocking and intercepting. When defending players won't be able to steal the ball as well as no physical contact.
Should a team score play is restarted at the centre spot with both teams on their own half of the court and a pass backwards to restart play.
Variation - points awarded for number of passes made e.g., 5 passes made equals 5 points scored.

Focus - teamwork and coordination
Equipment - Cones
Set Up - Playing area with equal number of cones as dishes and domes to start off with
Description - As a cool down instead of running, walking will be used instead. Rules are only one cone can be picked up at a time and you cannot pick up a cone you have just touched you have to move to a different one. After a time limit a team wins if they finish with more domes or dishes.
Variation - Add in a 'golden' cone whichever team it finishes on doubles their points at the end of the time limit.

Cat and Mouse warm up game
Focus - movement, coordination, strategy and teamwork
Equipment - cones and bibs
Set up - mark out a playing area for the game itself, with an area which will be the cat's den. Mouses will have bibs tucked as a tail whereas cats will wear bibs to help identify. Have spare bibs on hand as well.
Description - Mouses can move around anywhere inside the playing area and the aim is to stay away from the cats. If a cat takes a mouses tail the mouse has to go to the cat's den. For a mouse to be freed from the cats den another mouse must bring in new tail, deliver it to the cat's den without being caught. A mouse can only take 1 tail at a time. Game finishes with a time limit or once all the mouses have been caught
Progressions - Bibs are taken off the cats. Playing area becomes smaller. Increase cat numbers
Regressions - Increase playing area size. Reduce cat numbers.
Variation - Cats vs Mouses, two teams work together to be the last team in the game. Different colour bibs to split the two teams.
