If defender wins the ball he can score any of the goals
For attackers make 5 successful passes inside the triangles to get a point

During goal kick an opponent must remain behind build up line until the first pass is made.
Formation 1-2-1 in this case for both teams

look up before taking your first touch on the ball

Organization:
20 x 30 area
4 triangles placed as shown
Instructions:
4 players without the ball standing inside the triangles
The rest (5 in this case) each with the soccer ball dribbling inside the area
Objective: pass to the player inside triangle and switch roles
Coaching Points:
First touch towards directions that you want to go
pass on eye contact
exit through one of the side of the triangle
receive in the back side of triangle to give yourself extra space when exiting
make your first touch forward
