(15 min, 4 min work, 1 min rest, 3 reps) - each team presses for one round
- pressing mindset to win ball and score
- attacking teams must connect 3 passes before they can play other grid for one point
- one player presses at a time, can score when they win ball to get 3 points
- movement off ball, no one static in possession, angles of support
- make it competitive and fun

1v0 - 2v1 - 3v2 (15 min, 7 min work, 30 sec rest, 2 reps)
1v0:
- drive at speed
- finish every chance with urgency/intensity
- must score every chance, not under pressure (have high standards for yourself)
2v1:
- commit defender by driving at them
- must eliminate with pass into area that teammate can score from
- 2nd attacker must receive with back foot with intention to score, do not let press recover
- presser must force player dribbling into 1v1 in order to have chance to win ball and score in transition
3v2:
- how do we create an extra player
- commit defender and find how to utilize extra player
- 2 defenders must focus on pressure/cover, no flat line
- attackers must be brave with ball and have intention to score
Scoring system, make it competitive! (every action must be done with full intensity, use big goal and add goalie when availble
1v0 - no points, should always score
2v1- 1 point, should always score, do not allow them to get away with not caring
1v2 - 3 points, reward players who can win ball when outnumbered
3v2 - 3 points, 5 points if they can find where extra player is and score at speed
2v3 - 5 points, always reward players that can score immediately after winning the ball

Passing Pattern 1 (15 mins)
passing pattern 15 minutes (4 min work, 1 min rest, 3 reps)
idea behind it - keeps everyone moving. forces players to create space away from defender/cone
coaching points:
- movement off defender
- play to where your teammate can play forward, find their back foot
- body shape to see the direction you want to play/forward
- quality of first touch, push ball into space to drive forward
- intensity is everything! slow play without pressure will be punished in game
- follow pass with speed, be ready before the passer (I like to tell them to press the player they pass to in order for them to sprint)
(older ages or higher level can add combination)
