Method: 4v1 into 4v1 progress to 4v2 into 4v2  

Coaching Points:  3 / 4 complete passing before switching ball across grinds , pressing players enter once opposition touches the ball , keep good possession on the ball create good angle to receive and support.  Good passing 

if middle team wins possession the two team swaps places , Defending team need to press quick work hard and be brave when the exercise goes 4v2 they need to work as a team so good communication is key with the press and cover .

Method: 4v4v4 thought number can change in all games its can be 5v1 5v2 in screen 1 and 2 games of either 6v2 6v3 as number grow in your session just make the playing area bigger , in above game th2 two teams in possession have the 8v4 overload meaning the 4 have to press hard to win back the ball given themselves the numerical advantage .

Coaching Points: As above , With pressing as a unit and making the pitch small the key out of possession with the team in possession making the pitch big as possible.

RedBlue v yellow to begin if blue lose possession its becomes Yellowred v blue with Yellow moving to outside Red moving in.

Again its can be played as 5v5v5 or 6v6v6  if you have 1316 players one will play as a magic man in the middle as an extra overload .
