Set Up:

Place one cone at the start

Walk out 5-10 yards and place 3-5 cones (2x) going to your right and left to reflect the graphic

Walk out 10-15 yards and place one final cone

Perform facing forward; moving backwards and forwards THEN perform slalom from side to side before changing direction and sprinting around the final cone

Jog on the way back to the beginning, don't walk
