Set Up: 35-40 x 25 yard grid with two nets at either end. 2 15 yard grids at either corner (bring in closer for younger players) Two even teams with 3-4 players in each box, with strikers waiting on the outside of the box.
Instructions: The coach will serve in balls to both squares and after a set number of passes, the players in the box must outlet the ball to a waiting striker, and one of the players in the box must join the waiting striker who can either turn and finish or lay off the ball to the supporting player who then finishes.
Variations or Constraints: Add in a defender who applies pressure to the striker after the ball has been played in, to make it opposed. Add in or take out attacking players or defenders.

The concept of this session is to encourage a quick transition from the offensive side of the ball to the defensive side of the ball.
The continuous rotation of counter attacking and defending repeats.
Focus: Defending players sliding in behind attacking team mates. Quick transition from defending to attacking.

IF THE BALL IS INTRACEPTED THE TEAM WHO LOST THE BALL NOW DEFENDS AND TRIES TO WIN THE BALL BACK. ADD IN GOALS. AFTER A GOAL HAS BEEN SCORED THEN THE SAME TEAM TRIES TO ADVANCE THE BALL TO THE OPPOSITE GOALS UNTIL THEY LOOSE IT.
CONSTRAINTS: 2 TOUCH ONLY
FOCUS: MOVING THE BALL AWAY FROM PRESSURE AS THEY TRY TO ADVANCE IT UP THE GRID. PLAYER MOVEMENT OFF THE BALL.
