Position Specific: Crossing and Finishing - CF, CAM, DCM, FB
Organization: 6 blue players vs 2 red and GK
Space: half field depth and full width
Time: 4 full repetitions each interval | 4 Intervals with 2 min rest in between
Explanation: The exercise has 5 sequences:
1) 1 forward and a CB start in a 1v1 situation
2) 2nd Forward and CB enter to make it a 2v2
3) the Attacking Midfielder enters to make it a 3v2
4) Full back passes to the defensive midfielder who sends a driven cross to the opposite full back who then sends a cross into the box
5) The coach sends a ball to the upcoming defensive midfielder who receives and shoots on goal.
Focus Players: 2 Center Forwards, Attacking Midfielder, Defensive Midfielder, Full Backs

2 CF: Ability to take on defender on a 1v1.
Create separation from defender to shoot.

DCM: Receive open body shape to switch the point of attack quickly.
