Passing Practice Setup
Equipment Required: Balls, bibs, cones, agility poles
Organization:
Set up a passing drill using cones and agility poles to create lanes and zones. Assign players A, B, C, and D to their respective positions.
Practice Sequence:
Player A initiates the drill by passing the ball to Player B.
Player B receives and quickly plays the ball to Player C.
Player C controls and delivers a well-weighted through ball to Player D, who times their run to receive in stride.
Coaching Points:
Emphasize quality of passing (accuracy, pace, and timing).
Focus on body positioning when receiving and passing.
Encourage communication and movement off the ball.
Player D should time their run to stay onside and arrive at the optimal moment.

Practice Objective:- Improve players' decision making in tight spaces- Improve players' ability to use combinations to progress
Practice Explanation:- 8-24-8x24
- Attacking team to play 2-2-2 in the central space with joker
- Defensive team to play 3-2- Move the ball end to end for a goal
- If defenders win possession, secure to bouncers and become attacking team
- Rotate neutral team every set
Coaching Points:- Move the ball to move the man and disconnect defenders
- Move the ball to a teammate that has got themself free
- Engage the receiving man's opponent- Patience to retain vs progress
- Central players bounce wide if not facing forward

- Wide players to move beneath line of pressure to occupy defenders
-- Move beside to take touch past-- Runs beyond line of pressure to support central players 3*(4'/1')=15
