1 Goal
Instructions
Player will sprint from the first cone stopping in place at the middle cone for 2 seconds, then accelerating and sprinting through the 3rd cone.
3 rounds without the ball
3 rounds with the ball
4 rounds with the ball and the goal
Progressions
Progression 1 - player will place a ball a step after the middle cone. Once player finishes their 2 second deceleration, they will accelerate dribbling the ball passed the third cone.
Progression 2 - player will place a goal on the side of the first cone. After accelerating passed the third cone with the soccer ball, they will then turn and finish with a shot at goal.

Instructions
Player will go through the ladders completing the specific exercise, through the cones following the instructions, then jumping over the hurdles and finishing with a shot on goal.
Rounds 1&2
Ladder- 1 foot each square
Cones- Running forward around the cones
Hurdles- 2 feet hop
Rounds 3&4
Ladder- 2 feet side shuffle
Cones- side shuffle around cones
Hurdles- 2 feet hop
Rounds 5&6
Ladder-2 feet side shuffle opposite side
Cones- shuffle around cones
Hurdles- 2 feet hop
Rounds 7&8
Ladder- Icky shuffle
Cones- Running Forward then back pedaling around cones
Hurdles- 2 feet hop
