Organizational / Instructions ~~ 6 cones ~~ 6 balls 4 balls in play 2 per line ~~ 5 meters place a cone then another 5 meters place a cone 10 meters wide ~~ two teams in diffrent coulor bibs
Coaching Points
~ pass the ball with the inside of your foot place standing foot next to the ball and pass ball
~~ after the 1-2 it will be a driven pass using the laces ( top part of foot) conecting with the middle of the ball so its NOT a lifted pass, plant your standing foot next to the ball when driving the pass with your laces
~~ eye contact with ball and follow through the pass
~~ head and chest over the ball and make contact with middle of the ball so its NOT a lifted pass
~~ once you pass person who is on he cone will then recive and you will be on the cone acting as a deffender this makes player scan and check away into space
~~ move away from marker
~~ player must scan( look over shoulders) when coming to recive the ball so they know that they are in space ,that they have time to pass and to be aware that they are away from defender
~~ players must comuicate ( talk ) to each other if they are wanting to recive the ball
