Coach a back four to defend against a fluid front 3.
Reds - gk, 4, 3, 3 ( targets )
Blues - 3 ( feeders / targets for oppostion ), 4, 3.
- My start postions must be relevant to the topic.
- If front 3 rotate / roll in DO NOT track.
- But...if one comes short a defender MUST go with him.
- Show widest forward outside in final third.
- 2 compact and complete units - sometimes midfielders drop in to complete back 4.
- Cover must always be available.
- Full backs be aware of widest opposing midfielder overlapping.
- We must always outnumber their front 3.
- Low block recommended.
- Counter on re-gain?
