Session Organisation
Players work in pairs (1 with S1 etc).
Players work for 4 minutes continuously and repeat up to 4 times. (4 minutes on, 4 minutes active rest working as server for partner).
1. Runs with the ball to red cones & plays a 1-2 with S1. After receiving from S1 he plays the ball between S1 & S3 as this is S1's next service point.
2. Player 2 follows Player 1.
3. Player 3 plays his ball to S3 then slaloms around the poles then around the flag in the corner. S3 plays the ball towards the mannequin at a pace which challenges Player 3 to sprint and intercept. From the mannequin to the corner flag is a walk/jog recovery.
4. After rounding the flag, Player clips the ball to S4 then runs over the hurdles, as he clears the last hurdle, S4 throws an aerial ball for a chest control which leads to 5.
5. Dribble with the ball, at pace, through the cones before rounding the corner flag and cutting the ball back to S5, who repeats the mannequin task from the opposite end.

Organisation
Pitch set up as shown with a number of balls placed intermittently around the side of the pitch on cones.
The pitch can be adjusted depending on the physical outcomes required.
How to Play
A normal game of football with the stipulation that if a ball goes out of play, it must be retrieved by the player who kicked it.
The opposition can restart the game with any of the other balls and the ball being retrieved must be placed on the cone where the ball has been removed from.
Play for 4-6 periods of 4-6 minutes depending on stage of pre-season/outcomes required.

Session Organisation
Warm Up - Players in pairs, 1 working, 1 serving (work period is 1 minute)
1. Left foot/right foot pass
2. Knee high volleys(inside of foot, serve outside knee line)
3. Outside of foot volley from opposite side of the body
4. Chest control, half volley back along ground
5. Chest control, play back to server with any surface
6. Low header, tap ball in server's hand back off for a jump header
After each technique players run to another server.
After both players have worked, 30 secs dynamic flexibility.
