Skill (20 mins)
- Set up SSG fields 20x30 as above
- Play 4v4 with a goalkeeper
- Coach delivers a pass into red team who try and score
- Five chances to score then switch teams
- Encourage players to close player down
- Correct shape to defend - knees bent, side on
- Jockey, don't go to ground, commit to tackle when you can
- Recover quickly

- Set up half field (slightly shorter)

- Red starts from 6 at halfway, they attack and try to score
- When red loses ball player all players must try to prevent blue scoring
