Passing team (Blue) object is to pass and keep the ball plenty of movement from outside players always on the move!!
Defending team (Red)
Working as a pair trying to deny space and predict play. Body shape showing the player on their weaker foot.
Pressing quickly to win the ball if successful dribble out of square.
2 mins and swap out.

SSG (10mins)
Object is to receive the ball in the end zone from pass, so timing runs essential to receive the ball or dribble the ball into the end zone this equals 1 point. (Bascically off line scenario with cones as defending line)
Possession team forward passing keeping possession skills, sheilding, breaking the line of play, movement in behind running off the ball etc.
Defending team pressing as a unit keeping compct, delay, deny dictate play.
If sussecful the oppostion has the ball to play out

Attackers vs Defenders
Attackers; Feeder, 3 midfielders and 2 forwards
Defenders: Gk, 3 Defenders and 2 midfielders
Attackers try and score goals.
Defenders try and stop goals if you win possession can you play the ball through the two poles.

3 V 3 with an extra player for the team in possession. (Magic man)
If the team in possession can pass the ball or dribble through the yellow square and score a goal it will be worth 2 goals.
