Four players on the outside of the cones with multiple balls. One player in the middle of the square.
Corners are numbered 1, 2, 3 and 4. Player in the middle must listen for the coach to shout out two numbers. First number is where to recieve pass from , second number is where the pass is to go.
Concentrating on a good 1st touch when recieving ball to take you to where pass is to go next. With inside of foot first, then outside of foot. Rotation - 1-2-3-4-Middle
With pressure - Person who passes ball out follows out to pressure the first touch, After this the passer and reciever swap places.
Coaching points - movement towards the ball to recieve pass, good 1st touch into space to play next pass, good weight of pass from players on outside.
