Instructions:
1) Player A starts with the ball and plays into player B
2) Player B creates an angle to recieve, opens body and plays across to player C
3) Player C creates an angle to recieve, opens body and plays through ball, splitting the defending mannequins, into the path of player D
4) Player D peels off the last defender (mannequin) and either takes a touch and shoots or shoots first time past the goalkeeper
**advice: allow play to continue, rotating players to suit their specific position. If this session is delievered to foundation level, then use a pass & follow method to ensure each player gets a chance in each role.

Instructions:
Combo 1 (left channel) -
1) Player A starts with the ball and plays into player B
2) Player B creates an angle to recieve, opens body and plays across to player C
3) Player C creates an angle to recieve, disguises forward pass and plays back to player A
4) Player A takes a touch and plays through ball into the path of player D
5) Player D makes diagonal movement inside off the last defender (mannequin) and either takes a touch and shoots or shoots first time past the goalkeeper
Combo 2 (right channel) -
1) Player A starts with the ball and plays into player B
2) Player B creates an angle to recieve, disguises and plays back to player A
3) This pass triggers the midfield switch - player B moves to where player C was and player c moves to the other side in a more advanced role ready to recieve
4) Player A plays weighted a pass into player C (timing is crucial)
5) Player C takes a touch or, depending on ability, makes a first time pass into the path of player D
6) Player D either makes a diagonal movement inside or spins off the shoulder of the last defender (mannequin) and either takes a touch and shoots or shoots first time past the goalkeeper

1) Allow players to experiment using the combination plays in the previous progressions or new ideas they create for themselves
2) Depending on ability; condition players to 1 touch passing - increase tempo
**advice: allow them to try out new ideas, split this progression into blocks of 3/4 to not only allow recovery periods but also time to coach
