Set up:
Description:
The ball is to be switched from one team to the other. Both players must touch the ball in order to make a pass (one to set and one to cross). Try to complete the passes in as limited touches possible.

Set up:
Description:
Each player to start at a cone. Cone with 2 players will start the drill. Players aim to practice crossing techniques to use when switching the field of play. Player 1 will start by passing to player 2 ; will then make a short pass back to player 1 who will cross to player 3. While the cross is being made, player 2 will turn and run outside/ around the cone to receive a short pass from player 3. Player to will cross the ball to player 4 who will continue the drill with a short pass and then a cross. Players will continue the drill going counter clockwise; switch to clockwise.

Description:Players will start clockwise or counter clockwise, Player A will give a pass forward to player B, B will drop the ball back to the A, Player A will make a cross to player C. Players move to the cone in front of them as a rotation. Drill continues the same direction is started with the same passing system.
