Organization:
30x30 box. Two teams. One team with one ball and the other team without a ball.
Instructions:
Team with the ball is keeping possession while the other team is trying to tag the player with the ball (can only tag the player in possession with the ball). The goal is to complete as many overlaps without getting tagged as possible. After a certain amount of time the teams swap roles.
Coaching Points:
- recognize space to complete overlap
- timing of the run and the pass
- communication
Progressions/Regressions:
P- have to do overlap in a certain amount of touches
R- give the "taggers" a ball each

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Organization:
As above. Field 30x30. Two small goals on each end of the field. Defenders in a line next to the goal (gray players) and attackers in two lines at each corner as above (yellow players). All balls in one line with the attackers.
Instructions:
Attacker with the ball raises his hand to start activity (visual cue for players). Attacker drives with the ball into the middle while other attacker makes a overlapping run around him. Defender comes to defend as soon as the attacker raises his hand. If attackers score, it is one point for their team. If defender wins the ball and scores on the first transition, they score a point for their team. Each team plays one round of attacking and defending and whichever team has the most goals at the end of two rounds wins the game. Play best of 3 games. Switch starting line every game (balls from right corner and left corner).
Coaching Points:
* Driving in with the ball, smaller touches when approaching the defender
* Timing of the overlap, DON'T BE OFFSIDES!
* If defender is gaurding the pass, cue for dribble 1v1 (What if)
* If defender is gaurding 1v1, cue to play the pass (What if)
* Use of disguise to pass (using a scissor, or the outside of their foot to pass)
Progressions:
P1: Defender passes the ball out to the attacker to start the game (more pressure, first touch coaching points)
