Organization:
1. 30x20 with 5yd wide channels.
2. Two goals.
3. Equal teams.
Instructions:
1. Teams play 3v3 to goal.
2. Players cannot get challenged/tackled inside the wide channels.
3. Players are allowed to dribble into the channel or pass to a teammate already in there.
Coaching Points:
1. Decision-making.
2. Ability to recognize teammates in space.
3. Attack space quickly.
4. Use of 1v1 situations.
5. Movement to create space - spatial awareness.

Organization:
1. 20x20 area.
2. Markers at halfway.
3. Every player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. First player on each line attacks middle marker, performs move and continues to other side.
2. Next two players repeat process.
3. Ensure players work on both feet.
Coaching Points:
1. Attack space with speed.
2. Keep ball under control.
3. Technical execution of move:
Step-over
* Fake to take ball across body with inside of foot
* Step over the front of the ball
* Plant foot on opposite side of the ball
* Take ball away in opposite direction
* Use opposite foot
Roll Step
* Roll ball across front of body
* Step over ball with opposite foot
* Continue forward with ball
Progressions:
1. Ensure to work left and right feet.
2. Add time limit/competition (which group can finish first).

Organization:
1. 45x30 area split as shown.
2. Two goals placed as shown.
3. Attackers with balls.
Instructions:
1. One at a time in each direction, attackers look to reach the goal.
2. Defenders are restricted to one zone.
3. After going through on one side, attackers move on to the next.
4. Attackers constantly rotate in counter-clockwise direction.
5. Rotate roles every 2-3 minutes.
Coaching Points:
1. Head up to observe position of defender(s).
2. Locate space (in front, to side, or behind defender).
3. Decision-making: running with the ball or dribbling.
4. Selection of move.
5. Timing and execution of move.
Progressions:
1. Allow defender to drop into next zone once beaten.
2. Add defenders into the neutral/safety zone.

Organization:

Instructions:
1. Teams play 4v4 or 5v5 depending on player numbers.
2. No corners. Can restart with kick-in or dribble in.
Coaching Points:
1. Three lines of attack.
2. Creation of width and depth.

4. Recognition of 1v1 and/or numbers overload.
5. Movement to create space/support.

Organization:
1. Open area.
2. Every player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. Players dribble in open area.
2. Dribble like Messi and Ronaldo.
3. Reinforce moves from previous sessions.
4. Players perform series of movements on command (toe taps and so on).
Coaching Points:
1. Head up.
2. Controlled touches.
3. Use both feet.

1. End with knockout game.
