Pressing game (10 mins)
- The players are divided into 3 teams all starting within their own zone.
- 1 team starts with the ball & must make 5 passes before transferring the ball into the far end zone. 3 players from the middle team are attempting to win the ball back.
- The team that loses possession goes into the middle to become the pressing team.
- To progress the practice each middle team will stay as the pressing team for 2 minutes & when they win the ball back they must attempt to score in either goal.
- Also part of the progression the ball must be played below head height.
