Organisation
Create two playing areas and two teams.
Can be 20 by 20 (can be adjusted based on the age and skill and amount of players).
On each team, each player gets a number.
Game starts with both teams in their playing area.
How to Play
Coach calls out a number. For example, #1 is called by the coach and the player in Yellow and Blue with number 1 has to run across and try to steal the ball.
First player to knock the ball out or steal the ball gets a point for his/her team.
First team to reach 7 points wins.

Progression
Start with one defender and call out more.
One point if the ball is knocked away, two points if ball is stolen and dribbled across.
3 points if ball is passed across the field.

How to Play
Yellow team plays possession and scores by completing 5 passes in a row. If Blue team steals the ball, they score by shooting at one of the four goals. First team to get 10 points wins. Losing team has to do a forfeit.

-Scoring team has to complete 3 passes before they can score on a goal.

Warm Up (15 mins)
Organisation
1- Perform Dynamic Warm-Up: High Knees, Heel Flicks, leg swings, lunges, open the gate & close the gate, etc.
2- Partner Rondo- Players are paired up and play 4v2 in 15x15 area. Ex: Black team starts on defence and if they steal the ball away from Yellow, both Yellow players switch with Black.
Condition- 5 passes equals a point. At the end of 3 min, the team with most points loses and has to perform 5 burpees. Play three 3min rounds, every round switch opponents.
Coaching points
Keep ball moving fast (Speed of play).
Move up and down the line to create better passing option.
Look to split the defenders.

1. Unlimited touches
2. Limited touches (1 or 2. Based on team level)
