Organization:
Two areas as above. Four cones laid out in zig zag pattern, 5 to 7 yards apart. Players are split in half with half at each grid. Three pinnies of different colors at last cone, and tic tac toe board set up (with bibs or cones) 10 yards from the last cone. One ball per line.
Instructions:
On coach command, players dribble though the cones, using the inside cut technique to turn around the cone. Once players reach the last cone, they stop the soccer ball and pick up a bib and play their move. They must dribble the ball back with speed to the line for the next player to go. First team to comeplete a tic tac toe wins. Once all three bibs are played, players must pick up and move a bib of their color to a open spot on the grid.
Coaching Points:
*Big touch to exit turn
*Good balance to turn with the inside cut
*Smart plays at the tic tac toe board (players must think while they play)
Progressions:
1) Play first team to win 3 matches win

Field as above. Feild approximatley 30x40. Two pugg goals on each end.
Instructions:
4v4 Festival rules. Kick ins, defending team behind the white line on goal kicks
Coaching Points:
* Defender in front with opposite momentum? Cue for Sole Roll
* Using body to protect ball
* Attacking 1v1s with speed
* Help players understand the rules of the game

Instructions:
Players dribble in the area after listening to coaches command. Coach will use a variety of touches and different dribbling techniques:
-Inside touches
-Outside touches
-Strong/weak foot touches
-Soll roll touches
-Laces touches
-Sole Roll/Step Over Review
-Introduce the inside cut technique
Coaching Points:
* Qaulity touches on the ball
* Eyes up after every touch to watch out for other players
* Short 'Messi' touches to keep the ball close, big 'Ronaldo' touches to push the ball into space to go faster
Progressions:
1) Knockout in the same area (players must control their ball while trying to knock other players balls out of the area with poke tackles
2) Split game (players must dribble through two players, and then take big touches to the edge of the area for a point
