Soccer Tennis and Horse Shoes (25 min)
One Two Soccer (25 min)
Groups 1 and 2 play for 25 mins. Break the session into mini games and rotate between soccer tennis and horse shoes.
Group 3 play One Two Soccer for 25 min.
We will do this for an hour. Please include a light warm up.
**After we will split into games to finish Boot Camp. We will also be assiting the Ref course by providing games for them to Ref. I will work with Randy about the set up. We will play 11v11, 9v9 and 7v7.**
Mon-Wed Set Up
Technical- skills work of your choice. Repetition is key.
Core/Speed/Agility- workout of your choice. No ball. Think about the work to rest ratio.
Team Competition- Get Creative. This should encourage mental skills and teamwork.
Group Warm Up- ~20 mins then break into 6 groups. Each group session (1-6) is 15 min long. Finish with a Group Recovery ~20 mins.
