Session Organisation:
60 x 40 pitch with 10 x 10 box in middle
balls, bibs
Detail:
7 v 7 plus 2 floaters for team in possession.
2 touch max apart from middle zone which is 1 touch.
Aim is to keep possession and pass into Gk for a point, GK then throws/kicks to other GK who passes to scoring teamm to try and repeat.
Coaching points:
Try and get at least 1 teammate to support man in possession, use 1 touch as much as possible, small passes will move opposition around.
Make sure 1 teammate is stretching the pitch for the outball

Technical:
pass appreciation, good 1st touch
Tactical:
pass and move, small passes draws opposition in then switch it and get support to receiver
Physical:
Continous movement to support man in possession
Psychological:
Always thinking about making space for yourself and teammate
Social:
Help teammates by working hard for them, encourage, offer good advice and be prepared to listen

Session Organisation
Area 60x40yds, divided into 3 channels of equal width marked the
length of pitch & appropriate size goals at each end, as illustrated.
• 16 players (incl. 2 GK’s), arranged 8v8, as shown in the diagram.
• Supply of balls by each goal.
• Off-side lines are marked with cones at the side of pitch.
• Practice starts with the ball being rolled-out by GK to the attacking team.
• The team in possession look to build play through good ball retention
& controlled possession, with the objective of scoring a goal.
• Defending team look to counter-attack on gaining possession.
• Open play continues until the ball goes dead, the practice then
recommences with initial set-up arrangements.
Detail
Challenge: Try to use spreading-out into wide areas as an
opportunity to exploit space created in central areas to attack goal.
• Quick passing, to eliminate pressure.
• Drawing D’s to create weak side to switch play.
• Supporting play from behind to ensure defensive safety from
potential counter-attack & provide outlet passing option.
• Recognition of when to slow-down play to secure possession.
• Simple progressions for this practice are:
- Mark 5yd wide channels along each touch line that wingers/fullbacks
can attack through, unopposed.
- Switch play & early crossing into central areas with attackers
arriving quickly into space.

Technical.
Work on Receiving skills, dealing with the ball under pressure, passing and keeping possession and using the ball effectively. shots and headers on target.
Tactical.
Individual rolls and resposibilities. When to drop off and pull away to create space, link up play and movement with and without the ball.
Physical.
Develop Aerobic and Anaerobic capabilities of players. Game specific work.
Psychological.
Test the ability to work under pressure and stay ocused and fvisually aware.
Social
Encourage team mates and develop good habits.

Session Organisation: The pitch is divided into 3 thirds each 20 yards, 3 x 20 minutes
Detail: The ball must be passed into the next third before an overload can be created. Strikers can only play in the last third. 2 players can enter last third once the ball has been passed into striker.

44x44 play area. 3 teams of 6. 2 teams of 6 play possession game whilst the other team of 6 pass a ball around the outside maniquine area limited to 2 touch.
Detail
Team in possession of the ball must retain the ball for 10 passes to score.Team in possession can bounce off outside players who can only play one touch. all players must be visually aware of the game ball and the ball being played on the outside.
