3 teams of three, one in each zone. Two neutrals standing outside the middle zone. Teams in the outside zones are the attacking teams, looking to play through the middle to the other attacking team. They can play their neutrals but the neutrals can only play the ball back, not forward into the other grid. Defenders in the middle zone can send one player to press in the zone with the ball. To get out, defenders must win the ball then find a neutral. The team that is responsible for possesion loss then goes into the middle.
Coaching points:
-With one player extending pressure, there's more space to play through the middle zone.
-Disorganization of defending line: one player presses, the other two move to support.
