Organization:
Groups of 3 players. Set up as shown.
Instructions:
PLayer 1 chips the ball over player 2 looking to get the ball over to player 3. Player 1 then runs towards player 3 who will then look to chip the ball over player 1 looking to get the ball to player 2.
Coaching Points:
- Angled approach
- Plant foot next to the ball
- Toe pointed down
- Ankle locked
- Head down, knee over the ball
- Land on shooting foot
-Foot underneath ball to chip up

- Weak foot only

Organization:
Even teams, 1 ball per player. 2 goals and cones as shown. (Can use big goals and GKs if prefered.)
Instructions:
At coach's command first players start. Objective is to be the first to score. Player must dribble around cone and then is free to shoot. Players must collect their ownball and get in opposite line. As soon as both shots are taken next players are free to go. First to ten wins. If you score off a chip you get 2 points.
Goalie challenegs the chot
Coaching Points:
- Head down, ankle locked
- Plant foot is to the side and slightly behind the ball
- Body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact
- Land on shooting foot
Progressions:
- Left foot
- Double points if you score off a chip
- Move to big goals, add GKs

Organization:
3v3 plus GKs. Line of cones at 12 yards on each side.
Instructions:
Regular game except goals scored from behind the cones count for 2.
Goalies arent allowed in the 6 yard box.

(A) Practice shots from a stand still with a partner. Alternate R/L foot.
(B) Looking to chip the ball over the pug goal
Coaching Points:
Angle of approach – off center
Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
Ankle locked, toe down
Contact foot – laces (instep)
Positive attitude towards shooting
Progressions:
(B) Players attempt to chip the ball over the pug goal then finish one time shot first to five points wins.
