Recovery Saves on Low Balls ( All 3 Shots are 1 Rep)
Shot 1: This shot will be 2 shots in a row. Goalkeeper will start on knees, shot will be give on the ground. Goalkeeper dives and saves, immediately gets back up to knees for another shot in the same are for another dive and save.
Shot 2: This will be 1 shot only. Immediately after shot 1 is returned, keeper gets back up to knees for shot 2 on the opposite side. Ball will be played on the ground for another dive and save.
Shot 3: After keeper saves shot 2, keeper will quickly get to feet and shuffle for shot 3 that will also be played on the ground.
*Progression: Flip sides to get good reps on both sides.

Use of Cross Step and Recovery Saves Shot Machine: 1 Rep = 4 Shots
Shot 1: Volley to Hands, changes to high catch after everyone has gone 1-2 times.
Shot 2: Once ball has been returned from shot 1, Keeper will cross step and shuffle across goal to get set for shot 2. Shot should be on the ground towards the near post.
Shot 3: Keeper will recover and reset for shot 3 on the same side which will be quickly hit after the keeper is set.
Shot 4: Keeper will cross step and recover to the opposite side for shot 4.

Footwork, Cross Step, and Handling Activation (20 mins)
Set 1: Footwork and Handling Activation
Rep 1 : Keepers will shuffle through back set of cones get set and volley will be played to chest area.
Then keepers will take a step up and another volley will be given, immediately will shuffle through front set of cones and back through to get back to the middle. Keepers will then drop back to the back set of cones still in the middle and receive another volley to the chest area.
Rep 2: Services will be the same, only change will be instead of shuffling through cones keepers will high step over cones.
Set 2: Cross Step Activation and Handling
Rep 1: Keepers will shuffle through cones getting set after the cones and receiving a volley at chest height. Then keepers will cross step towards the yellow cone and shuffle around the cone, getting set in between the yellow and red cones. Receives another volley at chest height.
Rep 2: Services are the same, only change will be high stepping through red cones instead of shuffling.
