Session Objective: To improve possession and speed and accuracy of passing under pressure
Organisation:
Four squares,3 v 1.Players try to keep possession,Player in centre holds bib.If player intercepts/wins ball,he gives the bib to player who lost possession,who becomes man in the middle.
At end of specified time,usually a minute max,player holding bib moves to next square - A to B,B TO C etc
Can vary conditions -number of touches,play i touch then 2,then 1..

Session Objective: to improve playing through the thirds
Organisation:
Set up as shown,with yellows overloaded to help initial success.Ball played from GK to either back player.They can play into middle third or pass to each other to create another opportunity to play forward.Players in middle third then try to create opportunity to play into final third.Players in final third can shoot or combine to create chance.
If players unable to play forward or under pressure they mey play back into third and start again.
Key Points;
Defensive third:Players spread out to create space and look to receive to play forward.
Middle third:players rotate/move short and long to create opportunities for self or others
Final third:Players need to be aware and play quickly/combine to finish
Key factors:

Quality of pass
Mocement to create space for self.others

3 teams, Two play,one off pitch.Teams can play off side men and one touch return off player alongside goal.

Organisation:
In box A working individually.Moving ball with various parts of foot,both feet ,changing direction.Practice of specific turns;drag back,inside hook,outside hook,Cruyff.Then various combinations of turns in specified order then each player makes own five turn pattern to demonstrate to others.order.Add step overs in between turns.Then free movement with ball closing on another player then turning away
In Box B.Players move across but now work in pairs.receiving and going away and executing turns before passing back.Rotate players so they all work with each other.
