7v5 i will try to coach the reds and manage the greens for example get 1,2 to get tight to 4,5 but tell the striker for the reds to drop in. i want the 2 center backs for the reds making as many good decisions as possible and trying to break that line.
Red team has to play out from the back and try and find 5 and 4 as much as possible or into the 6 for a set and score in the mini goals.
Greens have to try and press high and have the ball in the back of the net as quickly as possible
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:
c- how many lines can we breaks
c- no condition
t- for the greens to dispossess the reds as much as possible
