Passing & Receiving Exercise
- 3 groups of 3 in 20x15 yard area. Olders may have to do 4 groups of 3 or a group of 4.
i. Pass and move in area, players can take three touches. Receive the ball, take a touch towards player you want to play and pass
ii. Two touches
iii. one touch
Coaching Points:
Are we peaking before we receive the ball?
Are we receiving with our hips open to the field? Is the ball arriving across the body?
Are we moving off the ball?
Are we supporting the player on the ball?

2v2 + 2N
-Teams play 2v2 directionally. Encourage players to not always go forward but to go wide as well in case nothing is on.
-Switch neutrals every 3 minutes.
Scoring: score in small goal or switching the field from one neutral to another.
Coaching Points: Players who are wide need to always provide width and be an option.
Competition: Loser has ten squat jumps, burpees or push-ups.
