Start by checking away from the cone then come back to as ball is played, passing player then follows pass. will continue to pass for 3 or 4 minutes then change direction to force players to recieve on the back foot.
Key things
Check shoulder before calling for ball check other shoulder while ball is moving to.
passing should be done with 2 touches to play quicker and accurate.
To help with checking have next player in line hold up 1 or 2 fingers, 1 one finger indicates turning with the ball and playing next player. 2 fingers play a drop ball that leads to a 1-2 around the cone before next pass.
