1v1 Domination without the ball to attack forward
yellow player is CM
4 blues
4 reds
4 boxes (the line closest to the gk is the offside line)
coach always plays a ball into one of the players in the box other than CM.
player has to play the ball into the CM who is on 2 touch.
CM can play 1 touch with the player who passes the ball to him for a give and go, otherwise has to switch the point of attack to go in the opposite direction.
if blue player passes to CM, they are attacking (4 games of 1v1).
Red players need to get in a defensive shape (goal side)
Attacking players look to dominate without the ball. Stat movements out of the eye line of defenders and drop onto relevant angles to either show for the ball or to drag defender out and make a run in behind to goal.
if receive to feet, turn and go at defender 1v1 to be able to shoot on goal.
only 2 touch once you get past the far line. Defender can track back.
If you don't feel like you can attack the defender, play the CM and make another run into a space to receive the ball back.
The CM can move freely into the box to overload 2v1 to provide support.

1. Receiving back to goal into 1v1 on an angle skills unopposed
outside player passes to the receiving player who starts behind the eye line. Receiving player does a double movement to lose his man and receives on the run to perform one of the 10 core receiving skills described below.
After receiving the ball, player turns and drives forward to perform a second skill to mimic beating a second defender on an angle.
Dribble through the gate to score on the same side that you beat the blue wall.
Passer becomes receiver, receiver becomes the passer going in opposite direction
2. Receiving back to goal into 1v1 on an angle semi opposed
Same as above, but this time the passer becomes the defender for the opposite receiver.
3. Receiving back to goal into 1v1 on an angle fully opposed
same as the second progression, but it's fully opposed. If the defender steals the ball, he counter attacks through the far two gates.
Receiver can score any two gates in front of him and vice versa.
