Overlapping runs
Full back passes to opposite centre back
Centre back passes to 4
4 sets the ball for centre back to switch to opposite full back
LB to CAM , CAM to CDM
CDM into space for the left back to run onto the ball with width being contained
Left wing to come inside to support 9
Left back to dribble through gated areas and cross the ball into the box
Attacker to time run and get onto the end of the cross.
Keep the ball flowing at 2-3 touch, looking for positive timed runs by full back and forward attacking the cross.

Technical Warm ups
Screen 1:
- CB pass to 10.... 10 pass to 4.... 4 pass to 9
- Repeat cycle from opposite end, 10/4 need to create positive angles so that they can link
- One must be deeper than the other, no square balls in midfield
Screen 2:
- CB passes to 4.... 4 sets CB to move into the ball... play forward to 10 whilst 4 drops into CB
- CB will be playing out from the back and playing through the thirds, CDM must drop into their position to cover any spaces that may be left
Screen 3:
- 4 passes to 9.... 9 meets the pass and sets 4.... 10 makes forward 3rd man run to 9's position to then recieve the ball in a higher position.
- Trigger point for 10 will be when 9 sets the ball back to 4. Once 9 drops, 10 moves forward.
