Small Sided Transition Game with 4 Mini Goal
Team white is in ball position trying to make 10 passes under pressure from team light read (Team light redt is pressuring with 3 high and 2 in the back )if team white gets 10 passes they have to pass the ball to team red and directly put pressure .
while team light red takes possition.
if goal is scored caoch before reaching 10 passes that time that scored stays and team didnt succed pushes up and pressures.
