1. Dribble ball out to 6 yard box, leave ball and stride/sprint back to goal line and back.
2. pick ball up off the 6 yard line and dribble to edge of the box. Leave ball there and Stride/Sprint back to goal line and back.
Repeat for 3, 4 and 5.
6. once on opposite side of pitch 6 yard line, repeat on the way back.
