topic: build up pattern - warm-up (10 minutes) + dynamic stretching

phase defensive to midfield

back 3 build up - circuit

- allows players to develop relationships and connections in an unopposed manner while building familiarity with the shape and structure

dynamic stretching - stretching while moving

- divide players into 2 side by side lines

- players preform dynamic stretching - high knees, open/close hips, high kicks, etc. (3-4 minutes)

5 steps to intervene while coaching

- freeze, recreate, demonstrate, rehearse, go live

rondo into cutbacks - transition - initial game (15 minutes)

final third combinations - finish the attack - third man runs 

organization:

- 30'x35'

- 6v4

- central player stays in shaded area until wide players are played

- only width can be used to attack

- creates a 3v2

- if defenders win ball, they can score on the big nets 

- attackers also score on big nets 

- coach rotates players 

key factors and progressions:

- passing - short, long, weight, accuracy, timing

- control - first touch, away from pressure, outcome of control

- shooting - finishing with different parts of foot - (inside foot, outside, laces) accuracy

- dribbling - technique, control, speed (running with close control)

final game switching play 20 mins

topic: transition final game (15-20 minutes) + cool down 

organization:

- 6 pop up nets on either side of area

- 6 v 6 + 1

- blue 3-1-2

- red 2-3-1

- 45 x 30

- players score on mini goals

- yellow players are dispersal for their side and defenders 

- yellow cannot leave their area 

- score a goal keep the ball

- ball goes out last team not to touch throws in or plays in on the ends
