Set up multiple stations. 

Each station will have two bownets and two lines. 1 attacking line and 1 defending line. 

For older groups have defender play the pass to attacking lines, for younger groups have the attacking line begin with the ball.

1v1 move introduction

Type: Ball Mastery

Team Function: Attacking moves

Zones: Attacking zones

Duration: 10 minutes

Objectives: Introducing variety of moves

Emphasis: Timing and selling of moves

Coaching Points: Timing of move, execution of move

Organization: Set up one starting cone, one different colour cone 8-10 yards away from starting cone. Then two gates 5 yards away from different colour cone.

Equipment: Disc cones, Balls

Goals: Players being able to perform move at speed.

Instructions: Players will dribble forward toward central cone, perform move at cone and dirbble through gate then back to the starting cone.

Physical Literacy

Players will begin behind poles. Sprint through poles (or tall cones) , Jump over hurdles (or hoops), then touch each cone in sequence coach gives out. After they will perfomr touches on ball. eg. toe taps, foundations, combo of both. Once they finish they sprint back to the beginning and high five next person in line.

Change movements through poles and hurdles as well as different sequence of cones.
