Organization: 1/8 field with grids of 15x15 with 20x15 for activity 3.
Warm up, 5min- Follow the leader, see week 10.
Activity 1, 8 min- Coach calls out a shape for players to dribble to, pick up and dribble to the box/ bin to drop off, or drop into a coloured ring that matches the shapes colour, or layout the shapes using cones.
Activity 2, 8 min- Each player gets a shape from the coach and dribbles to the corresponding net to finish, return and repeat.
Activity 3, 10 min- Nuts and Squirels

Warm up, 5 min- Follow the leader
Activity 1, 8 min- Obsticle course, run through without the ball, then with the ball.
Activity 2, 8 min- Over under ball hand off with finish, make it a relay with the player who finishes on goal returning to the start with the ball. Continue until all players have shot on goal at least 3 times.

Week 11 (45 mins)
Organization: 1/8 field with 15x15 grids, 30x15 for the last activity.
Warm up, 5 min- Chase the coach, see week 8
Activity 1, 8 min- PLayers dribble the ball around 15x15 grid and pass through the hurdles, run around it and get the ball from the other side. Retrieve the ball and pass to a coach and continue to another cone.
Activity 2, 8 min- Players dribble to the coach and pass, coach picks it up and tosses it back to the player, player then rolls it through the coaches legs and finishes with a shot on goal. Reurn to start and repeat.
Activity 3,10 min- Red light, vary body parts to stop the ball.
