Socially distanced warm-up with progression
a) Coach stands in view of many groups. 1 of the players in a pair copies the coach and the other player in a pair must copy their partner, like a message being shared. Vary movements, directions, use different physical literacy elements and ABCs
b) Paired players will take turns to copy each others' movements; again, encourage players to be creative with their movements
c) As with C, have 1 player lead the game of mirrors. If the leading player manages to run over a side line and complete a coach-assigned finishing task e.g. a plank, they will win a point.
