1v1 Back to Goal Transition Game:
-attacker runs around cone and checks to. They try to turn and beat defender through either gates. If they do they have one touch to shoot on goal. If defeners win it, they can go to counter goal

Two Forward Movements in Final Third + Third man runs
Set-up: 20 Yards X 30. Two Forwards and Two Defenders in rectangle closest to goal with a cone in the middle of it. Forwards always have to be diagonally opposite one another to create depth and proper width along with best passing angles.
3v1 in box, after 5 passes can play into forwards. As soon as ball is played one player from blue (midfielder) can join in attack
Progression:
1) Add element of transition: If defenders win it they can go to small goal.
2) Now a penetrating pass needs to played in final grid for a runner to run into, cannot dribble into the zone anymore.
Coaching Points: Which side should the midfielder run into? How can you unbalance the defense?

Finishing Technical Warm-up:
1) Player turns inside and shoots on goal. Switch sides so they work on opposite finish

3) Chipped ball in and player has to find a way to bring it down and turn either side and shoot
4) Play, one touch lay off + peel to outside, passer plays ball to forward and can join for cross if ball is very wide.

4v3+1: 20x30
Coach plays ball into Four attackers and they use their overload to score. Defending team tries to win possession and play to their target man, he dribbles into area and they reverse roles.The team automatically switch roles if atacking team shoots wide or if defending team forces attacking team to pass out of the area.
