3 Stations (70 mins)

Grid 1: Build Out Shadow Play

2-3 center backs (or GK) + 2 outside backs

3 zones of play

GK begins with ball and distributes (on ground or from hands)

Field players must settle ball, and seek connecting passes before playing to 3 zone cone markers

Outside backs begin in channels while centerbacks maintain opposing positions (high/low, right/left) to create balance.

1. Connect all 3 zones before playing out/scoring on cones.

2. Connect all 5 players before playing out/scoring on cones.

3. Connect back through GKs/centerback's feet before playing out/scoring on cones.

4. Only supporting run player can score (ex: overlap before scoring, trade zones, run under the ball, run over the ball, run wide of the ball)

5. Only GK/centerback can score by serving long ball to cones (must drop back through GKs feet)

Tally scores for time, how many targets can the team hit in 3 minutes while executing requirements. After 3 min is up, team gathers balls, exits to their assigned waiting zone while next team enters, sets up and begins play. GKs are to sanitize balls during the break.

Grid 2: Foosball/Table Football

2 teams of 5 players, paired side to side with teammate, "GK" can only use feet

Personal zones of play, players cannot leave their grid or challenge for ball in another players grid.

GK begins with ball and distributes (on ground or from hands)

Players should think of creating a side-on stance to the ball's position and potential position of play. Limit of 3 touches per player to keep pace high. Ball can be played between adjoining teammates and then over/through/around opponent or played back to restart. Score with goal. Play for 3 minute rotations. After 3 min is up, team gathers balls, exits to their assigned waiting zone while next team enters, sets up and begins play.

Grid 2: Fitness

Active rest for 3 minutes.

Players will complete as many of the exercise as possible in their 3 minute rest off field.

Round 1: full burpees (no push up)

Round 2: tuck jump or high knees

Round 3: mountain climbers in plank

Round 4: plank shoulder taps

Round 5: plank to toe touch

Round 6: air squat

Round 7: stationary lunge

Round 8/9: free stretch

Grid 3: Finishing Fun

GK + central attackers + 2 wingers

4 zones of play

GK begins with ball and distributes (on ground or from hands). If the ball is played to a near cone it must then got to a far cone (or vice versa), then be played to the other two cones before a shot is allowed. Shots must be taken from outside the penalty area.

Cones are zones or markers for player movement, but there are two players assigned to width and two players assigned to the central space. Players are allowed to chnage channels and overlap eachother but are challenged to move in opposing directions to create balance off their teammates' movement.

The keeper must play out every ball and therefore dictates at least the first ball pattern (if near, it must then be played far, if far then it must be played near)

1. 4 touch limit for all players

2. 2 touch limit for all players.

3. 6 passes required before shooting.

4. Shot must be one touch.

5. Must switch/cross (from wider than marker cones) before shooting.

Tally scores for time, how many goals can the team score in 3 minutes while executing requirements. After 3 min is up, team gathers balls, exits to their assigned waiting zone while next team enters, sets up and begins play. GKs are to sanitize balls during the break.
